This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Thursday 7am - 15:30pm and Fridays 7am to 12pm. Job Purpose Using appropriate welding techniques, you will perform welding activities to build aluminium welded assemblies in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings and relevant Quality standards and SHE requirements. Main Duties and Responsibilities Always work safely, ensuring compliance with Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, legislation and regulations. Maintain a safe and efficient working area in accordance with the 5S requirements. Plan and prepare welding activities identifying and reporting any Health and Safety hazards prior to the commencement of work. Weld various joint configurations in various positions to BS EN ISO 10042, follow work instructions, in Welding Procedure Specification WPS, sequence, completing tasks and procedural tests satisfying production schedules to the required quality level and within the specified timescale.
