We are currently seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators to join our thriving operation in Darwen, Lancashire. The Role: We are looking for skilled and reliable individuals who can demonstrate: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to a high standard Ideally experienced in fabrication and interpreting engineering drawings Competence welding stainless steel from 1mm to 20mm Ability to work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel A proactive and self-motivated attitude Strong timekeeping and reliability Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm 40 hours per week Salary and Bonus Breakdown: Basic rate: £16.87 per hour Weekly production bonus: Up to £1.25 per hour Total OTE: Up to £18.12 per hour Benefits: Profit Share Scheme: When the company performs well, you share in the success through an annual bonus called the profit share scheme.
