Start People are working closing with a established manufacturing company in Stokesly who are looking for time served reliable welders Any transferrable skills are considered - great opportunity to work with a business which works towrads and cares about your progression Duties Mainly MIG welding - Level 2 upwards - ideally time served Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Measure materials using basic math skills to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances. Assemble fabricated components into finished products or subassemblies with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve processes. Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding, and a welding factory environment Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Familiarity with sheet metal work and the use of fabrication machinery. Knowledge of safety practices related to welding and metal fabrication environments.
