We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and attention to detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various welding techniques to contribute to high-quality projects within a dynamic environment. Working Hours of a Welder / Fabricator: Monday 7.30 am - 1.00 pm / 1.30 pm - 4.00 pm Tuesday 7.30 am - 1.00 pm / 1.30 pm - 4.30 pm Wednesday/Thursday 7.30 am - 1.00 pm / 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm Friday 7.30 am - 12 noon (unless working overtime) Benefits of a Welder/Fabricator: Annual Bonus based on Company Performance 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 26 with service) Life Assurance Sick Pay Scheme Pension Scheme Workwear Staff Meals/Events Drinks and snacks are available from vending machines Responsibilities of a Welder / Fabricator: To carry out a policy of quality engineering when working in the factory / on site. City and Guilds Qualifications in Welding and Fabrication/Apprenticeship in a recognised Engineering environment would be an advantage. You would be contracted to work 39 hours per week, Monday Friday with a 10 minute break 10.00 am - 10.10 am and hour lunch-break 1.00 pm - 1.30 pm.
