Salary: -19 an hour + Optional Overtime at premium rates + Private Healthcare + Company Bonus

About the Role

Join a highly skilled team in a growing engineering company that manufactures bespoke equipment designed to provide safe working environments for a range of consumer goods industries. As a Skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating stainless-steel components from start to finish, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.

What to expect:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate stainless steel components.
• Perform cutting (guillotine), forming (press brake), welding (MIG & TIG), drilling, and finishing/polishing to pharmaceutical standards.
• Ensure high-specification finishing, meeting stringent industry requirements.
• Work collaboratively within a team to maintain quality and efficiency in production.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication of stainless steel (1-5mm) to pharmaceutical standards.
• Expertise in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to finish components to a high specification (pharmaceutical standard).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

What we can offer:

• Starting salary of -37,050 (-19 an hour)
• Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM (no lunch).
• Overtime available when required.
