Location: Nursling | Salary: £16.00/hour £16 DOE | Type: Permanent | We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder to join a well-established company operating within the demolition and recycling sector. Key Responsibilities Carry out MIG and TIG welding, along with fabrication work, to repair skips, plant equipment, and recycling machinery Perform basic quality checks on completed work Keep the workspace clean, organised, and safe at all times Make sure the correct tools and materials are available before starting each task Candidate requirements A good understanding of plant and machinery Previous experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing setting Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities Solid understanding of health and safety practices Have a full UK Driving Licence Benefits Overtime potential Workplace Pension Scheme Life assurance (2 x Salary) Health cash plan to cover dental, optical and other health costs 20 days (plus bank holiday)
