The Mig Welder involves the welding of special purpose equipment in a workshop environment, utilising Mig welding equipment. Previous knowledge and experience of mig welding in a production or engineering type background is essential and the ability to interpret basic drawings is required. The Mig welder will be working as part of a team but you should be able to use your initiative to complete tasks on your own once you have an understanding of the company''s products and systems.
