Welder

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Tilbury (Lower Thames Crossing).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Welder looking for long-term, ongoing work.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding works to a high standard in line with project specifications
• Perform fabrication, repair, and installation welding tasks as required
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding plans
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Carry out inspections and maintain a high level of workmanship
• Work closely with site teams to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times
• Follow all site health & safety procedures and requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder within construction, civils, or infrastructure projects
• Relevant welding qualifications/certifications
• Ability to work safely within a busy site environment
• Valid CSCS/CCNSG or relevant site cards (where applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
