The role involves the fabrication and welding of handrails and associated metalwork in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a welder with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This role is permanent from day 1- Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel components for handrail production Fabricate and assemble handrails to drawings and specifications Work within a production-based environment to meet daily targets Ensure all welds meet required quality and safety standards Carry out basic preparation work (cutting, grinding, measuring) Conduct visual inspections of own work to maintain quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Follow all company health & safety procedures Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in production welding (essential) Competent in MIG welding (TIG experience an advantage but not essential) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Stron...
