      <description>Location: Warwick | Salary: 18.00-18.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Welder / Fitter Days Location: Warwick Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06 00 Pay: £19ph DOE Overview of the Welder / Fitter Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality welded and fabricated components in line with build times, engineering drawings, and ISO 9001 quality standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities of the Welder / Fitter:   MIG and MAG welding on medium heavy steel fabrications (2mm 10mm)   Building and tack welding assemblies from engineering drawings   Completing full welds to specification and quality standards   Identifying and correcting fabrication faults   Key Skills and Experience of the Welder / Fitter:   Proven experience in MIG and MAG welding   Skilled in medium heavy steel fabrication   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings   Welding/fabrication qualifications (essential)   Package Offered to the Welder / Fitter:   Competitive salary   Monday Thursday (4 day week)   Pension scheme   Training and development opportunities   Supportive team environment   Commitment to quality, safety, and employee wellbeing</description>
