Job Title: WelderLocation: Ipswich, Suffolk Salary: 15ph- 16ph and Overtime rates Working Hours: 06:30-15:00Contract: Rolling contract We need a welder to work for a well established engineering firm in Ipswich, Suffolk. This will be a varied welding role, predominantly MIG welding but will also involved some TIG and use of fabrication machinery. To be successful for this role, you MUST be able to TIG and MIG weld mild and stainless steel. You will be required to work independently so it is essential that you can read and work from engineering drawings and comply with weld symbols and standards as required. The company offer a fantastic facility that is well-kept, clean workshop which follows lean manufacturing processes. Welder fabricator duties include: -MIG Welding from 2mm-15mmFabricating with various hand and power toolsUse of cutting, drilling and grinding machineryAlways follow and adhere to the company''s health and safety standardsMUST be a competent welder and able to work own your own initiative.
