Position: Welder / Pipe FitterLocation: Bishops StortfordWelder / Pipe Fitter required for a well-established manufacturer based in Bishops Stortford. The succesful candidate will be responsible for the fabnrication and assembly of process pipework and skid assemblies.Welder / Pipe Fitter Position OverviewStainless Steel manual and orbital TIG welding of process pipework for the pharmaceutical industry.Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.Fabrication and assembly of process pipework and associated components (i.e. valves, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.)Writing and maintaining weld logs.Fabrication and welding of stainless steel framework and brackets.Cutting, grinding, drilling of stainless steel components.Review process diagrams.Read / interpret production drawings in order to lay out a welding project, fabricate and weld.Welder / Pipe Fitter Position RequirementsConfident with manual TIG weldingCompetent with the use of hand tools and powered toolsAbility to read and inrepret engineering, fabrication and process drawingsBased in a commutable distance of Bishops StortfordWelder / Pipe Fitter Position Remuneration Competitive salaryPermanent position. 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8 hour days.Holiday allowance and pensionBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.We are acting as a ..... full job details .....
