Futures are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join our client''s busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment where quality, productivity, and safety are key.The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components to specification while working efficiently to meet production targets.Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel components to engineering drawings and specifications.Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.Carry out visual inspections to ensure weld quality meets company standards.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area.Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily manufacturing deadlines.Report any defects, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly.Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience as a MIG Welder within a manufacturing or production environment.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Flexibility to work ..... full job details .....
