WelderThe primary responsibilities of the Welder is to assemble and weld various instrumentation solutions (small and large packages), mainly in stainless steel. Responsibilities of the Role Use MIG, TIG and Stick welding equipment.Carry out routine maintenance checks on the welding machines, gas bottle systems and associated equipment ensuring any issues are reported.Weld stainless steel earthstraps of various sizesWeld stainless steel combination fittingsSupport other areas of the factory requiring fabrication welding or welding relating to other equipment and tooling.Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations in accordance with the organisation''s HSE Management System, at all timesEnsure that all tasks carried out are as per supervisor s written and verbal instructionsCarry out all work to required specificationEnsure that all tasks carried out meet company QMS procedures Be aware of environmental issues associated with any waste disposal proceduresEnsure that skills and capability are maintained to achieve routine codings.Ensure that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free at all timesActively contribute to the overall team activities and promote good working practicesEnsure the accurate and timeous completion of System Welding Logs.Comply with Company personnel procedures at all timesBe flexible in providing cover for other areas within the Workshop, as and when required and during absence or holiday timesCommit to continuous improvement and ..... full job details .....
