Welder Fabricator – MIG & TIG

Are you a skilled Welder Fabricator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and growing engineering company in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work on a range of bespoke projects in a modern, well-equipped workshop.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other materials
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans with accuracy
Fabricate custom components and assemblies to high standards
Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Perform thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding
Strong fabrication skills with the ability to work from engineering drawings
High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or within a team
Welding/fabrication qualifications are advantageous but not essential
