Welder / Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Perform various welding techniques to join metal parts securely. Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish materials as required. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Skills Proficient in welding techniques, particularly stick welding, with a solid understanding of fabrication processes. Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with sheet metal work is advantageous.
