Welder / Fabricator Join a well-established engineering manufacturer as a Welder / Fabricator, working in a skilled fabrication team producing high-quality components for specialist vehicles. This is a permanent role offering stable hours, overtime opportunities and excellent working conditions. Location: Marden, Kent Salary: £31,433 £32,565 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 39 hours per week Shift Options: 07 30 Monday Thursday, 07 30 Friday OR 06 30 Monday Thursday, 06 30 Friday The Role Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications. Lay out, position and weld parts and assemblies to precise tolerances. Carry out MIG/TIG welding in flat, vertical and horizontal positions. Inspect, brush, grind and finish welded components to a high standard. Maintain equipment and perform basic mechanical checks. Work collaboratively with production colleagues to meet daily output targets. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Competent in MIG and TIG welding processes. Excellent attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship.
