The essential requirement is practical MIG welding experience. Basic fabrication skills are needed to prepare, position and finish straightforward components from engineering drawings. Location Marden, Kent Salary Fabricator 2: £30,060.72; Fabricator 3: £32,884.44; Fabricator 4: £34,068.72 (40-hour salary basis) Hours 06:00 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday Overtime Friday at 1.33 times the normal rate; Saturday overflow at 1.5 times the normal rate if Friday has been worked Breaks Arrangements vary by work area; standard guidance is a 15-minute tea break and 30-minute lunch Employment Temp to perm    The Role You will complete MIG welding on production components and carry out the basic fabrication needed to prepare, position and finish the work.
