We''re on the lookout for a Welder to join our expanding client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.Salary: 15 - 16 per hour (depending on experience).Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday and 06:00 - 14:30 on Friday. The Role: As a Welder, you will have strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of sheet metal work. This role requires welding various metal components with use of hand and power tools.Key Responsibilities:Weld metal components according to specifications and drawings.Assemble parts and structures using various welding techniques.Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Essential Requirements:Experience with a variety of welding processes.
