MIG Welder - Morning Shift Location: Out skirts of Leeds Hours: 6:00am - 2:15pm, Monday to Friday Pay: 15.29 per hour (DOE) + 10% shift allowanceThe Role: We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established engineering manufacturer on a permanent morning shift. You will work to high standards, producing precision welded components and ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements.Key Duties:Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal componentsInterpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerancesEnsure quality checks are completed on all finished workMaintain tools and equipment to a high standardFollow strict health and safety proceduresRequirements:Proven MIG welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingAbility to read and work from technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality control focusGood manual dexterity and ability to work efficientlyAbility to work independently and to deadlinesCurrent/previous coding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 - renewal support available (Desirable)Benefits: 15.29 per hour (DOE) + 10% shift allowance25 days holiday plus bank holidays (factory closure over Christmas)4%/4% pension, rising to 6% employer contribution after 12 monthsDeath in service cover x3 salary if in the pension scheme (or capped at 10k)If this role is of interest, apply below. ..... full job details .....
