Welder Fabricator - Maldon, Essex - Day Shift - Full Time - Up to 18p/h We are currently recruiting for a structural Welder Fabricator to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Braintree. This is a full time, permanent position offering long-term stability, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to work on varied, high-quality products. This role would suit an experienced Welder Fabricator who enjoys hands-on fabrication work, working from drawings, and producing work to a high standard. About the role:Working within a skilled fabrication and welding team, you will be involved in the manufacturing of structural appliances, typically of large size. The role is workshop-based and will include a mixture of welding and fabrication duties, working primarily with mild steel and other metals, producing components for a range of industrial and commercial applications. Key ResponsibilitiesMIG welding of fabricated components to a high standardFabrication of metal components and assemblies from engineering drawingsStructural welding backgroundCutting, shaping and assembling steel sections and plateEnsuring finished products meet quality and specification requirementsCarrying out visual inspections and basic quality checksMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working areaWorking collaboratively with other fabricators and welders within the teamThe Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Welder FabricatorConfident MIG welding skillsAbility to read ..... full job details .....
