Welder Fabricator

I''m working with a long-standing, high-quality welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers - and they''re looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.

If you''re a MIG Welder, happy with varied work, regular overtime, and going out on site to install projects then this is a great job for you.

The Offer:

• Hourly rate up to -20ph depending on your skills and experience

• Overtime at 1.33x weekdays/Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

• Free on-site parking

• Occasional on-site work for variety

What You''ll Be Doing:

• MIG welding on a range of metalwork projects (TIG is a bonus)

• General fabrication duties in the workshop

• Site work mainly across home counties and London

• Reading from fabrication drawings

• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed

What You''ll Need:

• Proven MIG welding experience (TIG is a bonus)

• Site experience, installing projects

• Confident fabricating and working from drawings

• A team-focused mindset and willingness to get stuck in
