We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run engineering business specialising in the manufacture, refurbishment and repair of cranes and lifting equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their Rotherham team.

The Role:

• Fabrication and MIG welding of mild steel crane beams and structural steel components
• Fabrication of lifting beams and gantry steelwork
• Repairs, refurbishment and modifications
• Reading and working from fabrication drawings
• Working independently and to deadlines

Requirements:

• 3+ years'' fabrication experience
• 3+ years'' welding experience
• Strong MIG welding experience
• Able to read fabrication drawings
• Crane/lifting equipment experience preferred but not essential
