Position: Welder Fabricator
Location: Rural Clapham Area
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £17.50 – £19.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team in the rural Clapham area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent hours, long-term stability, and the chance to become a valued member of a well-established and growing team.

The Role:
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality metalwork to specification, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately

  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components

  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator

  • Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic

  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude

  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 7:00am start

  • Approximately 40 hours per week
