This is a hands-on role involving the fabrication and welding of metal components to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications. Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out general fabrication and metalwork MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials Complete sheet metalwork, cutting, forming and preparation Read and work from engineering drawings Use a range of hand and power tools Carry out basic machining work where required Assist with the manufacture and assembly of components Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail Work safely and efficiently within the workshop Use CAD software for basic design or drawing work, where required Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a fabrication or welding environment Confident with both MIG and TIG welding Good knowledge of sheet metalwork Able to read and understand engineering drawings Comfortable using hand and power tools Machining experience would be an advantage CAD experience would be highly desi...
