We''re a specialist manufacturer of premium steel products for residential, commercial, and landscaping projects across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we''re looking for a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-quality materials, modern equipment, and a friendly, supportive team that takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

As a Welder/Fabricator, you''ll be responsible for producing a range of bespoke corten steel products to the highest standards. Working from technical drawings, you''ll fabricate, weld, and finish products ready for installation or delivery to customers.

• MIG welding and fabrication of steel products

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparing materials

• Fabricating bespoke products to tight tolerances

• Carrying out quality checks throughout production

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet production deadlines

• Assisting with continuous improvements in manufacturing processes

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator

• Strong MIG welding skills

• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good problem-solving skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working with corten steel, mild steel, or stainless steel

• TIG welding experience

• Experience using fabrication machinery and workshop equipment

• Full UK driving licence
