Welder Fabricator

Welder Coatbridge We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join a busy engineering and fabrication team in Coatbridge. If you are an experienced welding professional with a passion for precision, quality and working to a high standard, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities MIG, TIG and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings. Prepare, weld and finish components to specification. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met. Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently. Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow all company procedures and health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Welder in a fabrication or engineering environment. Strong MIG, TIG and Stick welding experience. Experience working with steel, stainless steel and/or aluminium. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, hardworking and professional approach. Pay Rates Dayshift £24.00 per hour for the first 40 hours. £32.00 per hour for hours worked over 40. Nightshift £29.50 per hour for the first 40 hours. £34.00 per hour for hours worked over 40.
