      <description>Location: Washington | Salary: &amp;pound;16 - &amp;pound;19.98/hour | Type: Contract | We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator for a company based in Washington.  Key responsibilities:  	 Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. 	 Measure, mark, cut, prepare, and fabricate metal components using appropriate workshop equipment. 	 Perform MIG welding to a high standard. 	 Assemble fabricated parts and structures accurately. 	 Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality standards. 	 Carry out grinding, finishing, and dressing of welds where required. 	 Ensure all work is completed within agreed production timescales. 	 Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. 	 Follow company health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times. 	 Report equipment faults, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly. 	 Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.</description>
