The Job

• MIG & TIG welding on a range of steel sections and plate.
• Working from drawings - get the job right, get it done.
• Using grinders, cutters, cranes and other kit.
• Checking your welds and keeping standards high.
• Helping the team hit targets and keep the line moving.
• Working 8 - 4:30 Mon - Thurs, 8 - 2 Friday
  

What You''ll Need

• Experience as a Fabricator/Welder (MIG & TIG).
• Able to read drawings and work to spec.
• Used to working with heavy steel in a busy workshop.
• Safety-minded and reliable.
• Being a Team player
  

Nice to Have (Not essential)

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Fabrication & Welding.
• Forklift or overhead crane ticket.
• Experience in modular build, structural steel or site work.
• CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport.
• Forklift or overhead crane license.
• Experience in modular construction, structural fabrication, or off-site manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
