The Job
- MIG & TIG welding on a range of steel sections and plate.
- Working from drawings - get the job right, get it done.
- Using grinders, cutters, cranes and other kit.
- Checking your welds and keeping standards high.
- Helping the team hit targets and keep the line moving.
- Working 8 - 4:30 Mon - Thurs, 8 - 2 Friday
What You''ll Need
- Experience as a Fabricator/Welder (MIG & TIG).
- Able to read drawings and work to spec.
- Used to working with heavy steel in a busy workshop.
- Safety-minded and reliable.
- Being a Team player
Nice to Have (Not essential)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Fabrication & Welding.
- Forklift or overhead crane ticket.
- Experience in modular build, structural steel or site work.
- CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport.
- Forklift or overhead crane license.
- Experience in modular construction, structural fabrication, or off-site manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
