Monday - Friday -Day Shift - 40 Hours

Overtime After 40 Hours - Time + Half

The Role

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be heavily involved in the manufacture of new machinery and plant equipment. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two projects are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of bespoke machinery and heavy industrial equipment
• MIG and/or TIG welding (dependent on experience) on mild and structural steel
• Building complete machinery assemblies from technical drawings
• Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Working collaboratively with design and technical teams to refine product designs
• Installation of new equipment both onsite and at customer facilities (when required)
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and engineering standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
