This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder/fabricator to join a technically focused organisation, working on the manufacture of high-quality components and assemblies for specialist and safety-critical applications. You will be responsible for carrying out welding and fabrication in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and approved procedures, ensuring work meets the required standards of quality, safety, integrity and traceability. Key Responsibilities Carry out MIG/MAG and other specified welding processes in accordance with approved procedures. Fabricate components and assemblies to engineering drawings, weld symbols, specifications and required tolerances. Complete welding on structural, mechanical and fabricated components as required. Prepare, fit, tack and weld components accurately before final welding. Carry out grinding, dressing, cleaning and other finishing operations where required. Work strictly to approved drawings, specifications, weld procedures and work instructions. Check dimensions, alignment, weld appearance and overall workmanship during and after fabrication.
