Key Skills / Responsibilities Must be able to MIG/MAG to a good standard. Top graded welders will be expected to able to TIG Weld Have experience in working with Mild steel / carbon as a minimum. Top Graded welders will have experience of working with Exotic Materials Read technical drawings to build jobs to specification To fabricate from technical drawings. Overhead Crane experience a benefit Work to Quality standards set out Possess Safe working practices Follow safety protocol including wearing heat-resistant gloves, Overalls, Airfed protective masks, and safety shoes (all provided by the company). There is genuine potential for progression as well as gaining various Welding Codes, all paid for by the company.
