In the role you will oversee production operations across fabrication and welding, ensuring output meets quality standards and KPIs. You''ll take ownership of health and safety, capacity planning, and on-time delivery, while also mentoring weld coordinators and working closely with customers and suppliers. You''ll drive improvements in processes, culture, and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the business as it continues to grow.

The Role:

• Oversee production, ensuring quality, KPIs, and on-time delivery
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement across fabrication and welding
• Manage, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining safety and quality

The Person:

• Welder/ Fabricator background and sheet metal manufacturing experience
• Management/ Team lead experience preferred but not required
• Based in Coventry or easily commutable to, Full UK Driving License
