My client in the Trafford Park area require x 2 Fabricator / Welders.The ideal candidate will have a number of years post apprenticeship experience and be competent manufacturing from engineering drawings.Person Specification5 Years + Post Apprenticeship experience as a fabricator welderStrong technical background with the ability to work on own initiativeTIG welding skillsReliable and accurate with a strong attention to detailHigh level of experience with fabricating from engineering drawingsSelf-motivated, reliable and adaptableExcellent housekeeping skills in line with 5S requirementsExperience using pressbrakes, guillotines and punchesStrong communication and teamwork skillsKey ResponsibilitiesFabrication and development of enclosures, catering equipment, pipework, framework and panel fabricationsTIG Welding using a range of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium & Mild Steel ranging from 0.8mm to 10.0mm in thicknessOperation of fabrication equipment including pressbrakes, guillotines and punchesInspection and sign off of other fabricators/apprentices workAdherence to all Health & Safety guidelinesWorking Days (7am - 5pm)IND123
