Fabricator Salary: £18ph - £22ph Umbrella or LTD

Contract: Starting at 3x months – Rolling

Fabricator  Location: Dunstable  

Shifts: Monday – Friday 7:30 – 17:00

Orion are partnered with a Architectural fabrication business located in Dunstable who are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join the team.

Welder Fabricator  Responsibilities

• MIG /TIG Welding on stainless steel
• Working from drawings, following weld symbols to assemble metal parts together
• Working on fabrication projects for commercial clients in a workshop environment
• MIG/TIG welding to high spec
• 6ml – 8ml Fillet & butt weld
• Working with Stainless, mild, aluminium
• Fabrication or balustrades, stair cases, railings, beams etc.. 

Welder Fabricator Experience:

• Proven experience working with stainless, mild, aluminium etc..
• To be able to read drawings and weld symbols
• To be confident with 6 – 8mm Filet & Butt welds
• Experience with architectural fabrication - balustrades, stair cases, railings etc..
• TIG & Mig welding experience on stainless, 
• Bespoke low volume fabrication
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
