Consistent working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:15pm. Opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure improvement projects across the UK. Long weekends with a four-day working week. Responsibilities Carry out high-quality MIG welding on aluminium components and plates used in pylons and substations. Manufacture and assemble components for infrastructure upgrade projects. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. Work to tight tolerances and quality standards. Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment. Complete weld tests as part of the recruitment process. Requirements Proven experience in aluminium MIG welding. Ability to read and work from engineering drawings. Experience working to specified tolerances and quality requirements. TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship standards.
