Salary: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 7:00am - 5:00pm (38-hour week)

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business looking to add an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong TIG welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You''ll be working with both carbon steel and stainless steel, manufacturing bespoke components to engineering drawings in a clean and professional workshop environment.

• Carry out high-quality MIG and TIG welding (TIG experience is essential)
• Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings accurately
• Check dimensions and product specifications
• Ensure all parts are correctly fitted and aligned
• Maintain high quality standards throughout production
• Report any defects, faults, or product issues
• Work efficiently to production schedules

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Wear the appropriate PPE
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Report accidents, near misses, and equipment faults promptly

• Minimum 3 years'' welding and fabrication experience
• Strong TIG welding skills (essential)
• Confident working with carbon steel and stainless steel
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team

A weld test will form part of the interview process.

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £17.00 (depending on experience)
