Welder (Aluminium / Stainless) £40,000 - £45,000 + Days Only + 1.5x Overtime + Annual Bonus + Early Finish Friday + Progression + Increasing Holidays + Monday to Friday Carlisle, Cumbia Are you a MIG or TIG Welder with aluminium and stainless steel experience looking for a new role working on a range of small batch and bespoke products within a small team where your skills and input are valued? On offer is the chance to join a company who are specialist suppliers of machined components into the nuclear and industrial sectors. This company has been established for nearly 100 years and is looking to expand their team by bringing in a Welder or Fabricator to help manage their increasing workload. They have a hands-on management team, who will help to support your development and look for your input on a range of tasks. In this role you will be welding and fabricating a range of components working with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. A background in MIG and TIG welding will be ideal and advantageous but continued opportunities to learn and improve your skills will be available. As you will be working on some bespoke projects, being able to read drawings and plans will be vital. This role would suit Welder, Fabricator or similar with steel and aluminium welding experience, looking for a comfortable role that offers a great work-life balance.
