You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive.About the RoleAs a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approachSupport with post room duties, including receiving goodsManage internal and external post collection and distributionEfficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiriesUphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followedDeliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationshipsTaking deliveries (Can weigh upto 20KG)What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-service roleExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periodsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasksA ..... full job details .....
