Welcome and Service Team Member

Summary As the public face of our properties, you''ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: £13.25 per hour Contract: Permanent Hours/working pattern: Part-time, 750 hour per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the contract. On average, this would be 15 hours a week. You will be required to work one in three weekends and be flexible regarding peak seasonal periods. What it''s like to work here At the heart of a sprawling 270-acre parkland is a 17th century stately home, known as Dyrham Park. Open 363 days of the year, we welcome visitors with positivity and enthusiasm for our estate. Our reception building is situated at the top of the sloping parklands, and is the first and last place our visitors see. Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you''ll be part of a team of eight Welcome Team Members working at Dyrham Park.
