Welcome and Service Team Member

Summary As the public face of our properties, you''ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: £15,502.50 per annum Contract/duration: Permanent Hours/working pattern: You''ll work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days. You''ll work alternate weekends, on bank holidays and during school holidays. Location: Primarily Dunstable Downs. We work closely with Ashridge Estate and Shaws Corner where you maybe asked to occasionally cover shifts. For this role, you''ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role. What it''s like to work here Reporting to the Welcome and Service Assistant Managers, you''ll be part of a team of 3 Welcome and Service Team Members working at Dunstable Downs welcoming visitors and setting them up for their day. You''ll use your knowledge of Dunstable to engage with our visitors and look to exceed their expectations ensuring that they enjoy their visit with us. You''ll also get involved in other presentation tasks on site, ensuring that Dunstable is clean, tidy and presentable. The role involves working outside in all weathers from meeting and greeting in our visitors from the Visitor Hub.
