Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Weighbridge Operative to operate the weighbridge efficiently and accurately, ensuring all incoming and outgoing vehicles are weighed, recorded, and processed in line with site procedures, legal regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, providing a professional and courteous welcome Induct first-time drivers, ensuring they understand site rules and are provided with maps and relevant safety information Check that all drivers meet the access requirements, including scanning MP Connect cards; guide non-compliant drivers through the appropriate process flow Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols, including PPE usage, load sheeting, and engine shut-off Communicate effectively with drivers to provide clear site instructions and maintain smooth traffic flow Operate the weighbridge system to accurately record vehicle weights and materials, ensuring legal compliance Issue uplift and delivery tickets and ensure all ..... full job details .....
