Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Weighbridge Administrator to join our team. This role is based at the weighbridge and involves a combination of administrative and operational tasks. Previous weighbridge experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use of work PC to input and manage job information
- Booking in and putting on jobs accurately and promptly
- Printing and organising documents
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Liaising with drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Desirable:
- Previous weighbridge experience preferred but not essential
