Weekend Transport Supervisor

Weekend Transport Supervisor required to work weekends only. Part time days and hours of work, Friday 12pm - 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm. Pro rata salary will be between -23,994 - -27,998 pro rata of -30,000 - -35,000 depending on experience.

Duties:

• Ensuring full support for drivers, confirming and monitoring movements
• Responsible for escalation and emergencies during shift
• Liaise with customer regarding updates and changes
• Calculate and log company vehicle mileage
• Assist drivers with any logistical issues
• Raise subcontractor requests for breakdowns
• Potential for some light planning duties for drivers

Experience:

• Transport, logistics experience
• Supervisory experience is beneficial
• Transport planning experience is desirable
• CPC qualification is desirable
• Experience dealing with vehicle breakdowns is advantageous
