This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for customers.As the first point of contact for visitors, you''ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience from the moment they arrive. As a Weekend Showroom Host, you''ll be responsible for welcoming customers and visitors, managing customer arrivals and ensuring the showroom presents a professional and inviting atmosphere at all times. Key responsibilities include:Greeting customers and visitors in a warm, professional and friendly manner.Acting as the first point of contact and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.Supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams by managing customer arrivals efficiently.Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.Delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the high standards of the dealership.Assisting with general reception and administrative duties where required. This is a weekend-only position, working 8 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday.
