Weekend Shift Operator Location: Bicester, OxfordshireShift Pattern: Friday, Saturday and SundayHours: 6:00am - 6:00pmPay Rate: £16.77 per hourGuaranteed Pay: 40 hours per week (36 hours worked) The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Weekend Shift Operator to join a busy manufacturing operation in Bicester. This role is based on a production line within the main factory and is ideal for individuals who have experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, engineering, automotive or production environments. Working as part of a fast-paced team, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before being dispatched to customers. Key Responsibilities Inspect coated components for finish quality, colour consistency, defects and surface integrity. Complete and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and non-conformance reports. Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and support corrective actions. Ensure all products meet customer specifications, internal standards and industry requirements. Support final quality sign-off prior to packing and dispatch. Carry out routine line operating duties within the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow all Health and Safety, quality and ISO procedures at all times.
