Location: Uppingham

Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (extended to 4:00 PM every other weekend) Flexibility is required

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

Rate: Competitive - based on experience - caretaking/ facilites

About the Role: We''re looking for a dependable and proactive Weekend Facilities Operative to support our client based in an educational setting.

This dual-role position blends caretaker responsibilities with managing weekend bookings for popular facilities such as our Astroturf and tennis courts and general upkeep.

Whether you''re experienced in site support or looking to build on your facilities background, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a well-run, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekend lettings and liaise with external users

• Carry out health & safety checks across the site

• Perform light cleaning and portering duties

• Ensure the site is secure, safe, and presentable for weekend use

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in facilities, caretaking, or site support

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Enhanced DBS (dated within the last 6 months or willingness to have one processed or renewed)

• A flexible, hands-on approach and a positive attitude
