Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Weekend Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment producing high-spec aerospace components. Key Duties: Work within fast-paced production environments. Carry out hands-on manufacturing tasks. Operate within hot or cold industrial environments depending on department. Follow all quality and safety procedures. Support the production of aerospace components. Requirements: Reliable and flexible approach to work. Ability to carry out physical, hands-on tasks. Comfortable working in industrial environments. Good attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Previous manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
