Candidates need to be fully focused on delivering pre and post-sale advice to our in-store customers. We are looking for someone who understands our customers and can help them find the perfect solution to their needs. You must possess excellent product and brand knowledge of Hi-Tech products and will need a desire to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.Responsibilities

Deliver pre- and post-sale advice to in-store customersUnderstand customer needs and help them find the right Hi-Tech/Pro Audio solutionsExplain differences between brands and provide independent advice relevant to customer requirementsDemonstrate products effectively and identify features and benefits relevant to the customerStay calm and respond to challenges in a professional mannerQualifications

Outstanding knowledge of the brands and equipment within the Hi-tech/Pro Audio departmentAbility to explain brand differences and provide independent, customer-focused adviceAbility to demonstrate products to a high standard and identify relevant features and benefitsExcellent communication skills and a personable, outgoing naturePrevious experience in retail sales or similar environments preferredAttention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accuratelyJob Details
