They are looking for a Weekend Engineering Supervisor to lead a team that carries out all PPM and reliability engineering activities during the weekend shutdown period. Role and Responsibilities of the Weekend Engineering Supervisor: Hands-on leading a team of 3 engineers to complete planned maintenance and reliability tasksWork closely with the other engineering supervisor to organise PPM''s around productionPPM workload allocation, prioritsation of tasks, completion of work orders in SAPCreate new PPM plans, monitoring reliability engineering and suggest improvementsStill partake in hands-on tasks with the team, electrical and mechanical PPM''s, CI work and repairs of production machineryLiaise with the storesperson to report on used spares, parts and forecast what will be needed for future weekend PPM tasks Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to be the Weekend Engineering Supervisor: Strong PPM and reliability maintenance experienceAble to lead from the front, prioritise tasks and organise PPM''s schedules effectivelyExperience as a team leader or proven track record of working towardsIdeally be a multi-skilled engineerBeneficial if completed a time-served apprenticeshipKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
